England’s Queen Victoria began another trend, the Queen wore charms as a fashion. Her fashion trend of wearing charms, had run through the entire kingdom and into Europe. Soldiers from World War Two then began to bring charms back to their loved ones.
Later in the 1950s American teenagers started to wear charms based on events in their lives, things such as; the birth of a baby, christening, and birthdays.
